When you host an event at a participating hotel through March 31, 2023, you can elect to host a Carbon Neutral Meeting or earn double Hilton Honors Event Planner Points. Host a Carbon Neutral Meeting

Hilton will offset your event’s carbon emissions as identified by our Meeting Impact Calculator report and will invest in a portfolio of high-quality carbon reduction projects with our partner, South Pole.

Earn Double Hilton Honors Event Planner Points

Earn 2X Hilton Honors Event Planner Points per $1 USD spent on guest rooms, meeting rooms and more, for qualifying events at participating hotels. Use Points towards charitable donations, future events or hotel stays, among other benefits.

To qualify your meeting or event, book 10 or more Peak rooms by December 31, 2022. Your meeting or event must be held by March 31, 2023. Offer available worldwide only at participating hotels. Carbon Neutral Meetings: Participating hotels will procure, at no cost to the group customer, the necessary carbon credits to offset the estimated emissions from the meeting or event, based on calculations from Hilton's LightStay platform. This offer is for new business only and that it may not be combined with other offers. The applicable terms and conditions of the Carbon Neutral Meeting offer will be expressed in the applicable group booking contract signed by the group customer and the participating hotel.
